Product Information & Compatibility
We offer a wide range of professional-grade containers, with a specialty in airless pump systems. Our product line includes airless pump bottles and jars, cosmetic pump bottles, lotion bottles, lip gloss containers, acrylic jars, and various caps.
Compatibility depends on many factors specific to your formulation. We enable you to perform thorough testing by offering low-quantity orders. It is your responsibility to conduct industry-standard stability, compatibility, and shelf-life tests to ensure your product is perfectly presented.
Standard jars and bottles can expose your product to air and contaminants each time it’s used. Our airless systems use a vacuum mechanism to dispense product from the bottom up, preventing air from entering. This helps preserve your formula’s integrity and allows your customers to use 100% of the product.
Technical Details & Usage

The wiper is pre-assembled on the wand for correct installation. To seal:
- Fill the bottle with your formula first.
- Insert the wand (with the wiper attached) into the tube.
- Apply pressure and screw the cap on tightly. This action threads the wiper into the neck of the tube.
- Unscrew the cap, and the wiper should now be securely installed in the bottle.
They are designed for machine filling in a lab. For small batches or at-home filling, you can use commercial-grade syringes. Some small businesses also adapt tools like turkey basters or pastry icing applicators. The best method depends on the viscosity of your specific formula.
The final cost is influenced by several key factors: the level of customization (e.g., printing), the type and size of the material, and the order quantity.
